Cloud Shaped UFO Setting: Clear blue sky in the middle of the day roughly between 12:00pm - 2pm EST. While driving off of the Warren St Bypass and onto the 422 East exit I spotted a large black cloud UFO/object stationary in the sky. There were no clouds present anywhere else in the sky. The cloud was very dark grey/blk in color and large. Very 'puffy' and shaped like your classic UFO saucer with a disc in center and domes on top and bottom. I kept trying to stare at it while driving until a tree line blocked my view. Seconds later after I entered a clearing again where I could see the entire sky the object was gone. There were NO other clouds in the sky and it was clear with 100% visibility/ceiling.
