Severe weather manipulation followed by 30 minutes of flashing lights above the bay.

Tonight on December 13th at around 12:30 am my husband and I witnessed a severe and abrupt weather change resulting in extremely high winds, sleet, lightning and freezing rain, followed by a pulsating red and white light, accompanied by low frequency hum, corresponding to the flashes of light.

Light and sound stopped, and then re-occurred in a different pattern, lasting for half an hour.

The source of the lights seemed to be located across the bay in Burton WA.

When the lights stopped flashing the weather returned to being calm, and the sky cleared.
