2 sightings of a ufo in a 3 month time frame in PDX

I was in the car on the east side of mt.tabor close to 82nd and saw a object going fairly fast heading east (PDX airport is NE from the direction it was flying.) fairly low made 0 noise it looked like a solid triangle made swift maneuvers left to right still faced to the east it had 2 white lights near the 2 end points (back of and aircraft) and one green and red right next to each other (light locations may be wrong because i did not thave a pen or paper handy.)my friend who almost got their piolets permit told me that landing aircraft have a white flashing light which this craft didnt have and was flying low. I had a extreamly similar sighting by rose city golf coarse on tillamok street it was heading east a couple weeks before.
