bright shiny craft moving slowly at over 30K feet then jetted off quickly

bright very slow moving but very high craft. silver and difficult to determine shape. newark airport is nearby but the craft appeared to be well over 30,000 feet which is unusual and moving at an impossibly slow pace until suddenly darting off into clouds.
