UFO seen hovering and speeding off.

After exiting the 10 east FWY on Soto and Wabash we spotted an unidentified flying object in the shape of a saucer. it was at least 250ft above the ground with white lights rotating around its exterior and a solid white light at its top middle. when we first saw it was hovering in a steady position then gradually began to increase its speed towards south east of the city of Los Angeles, CA. two minutes later, unfortunately it wasn't visible to the naked eye.
