I am familiar with aircraft and this object preformed like and aircraft but weird at low altitude and nighttime over populated area.

red and green lights similar to those in a light aircraft except green is much brighter. NO sound associated with object. Object was performing complex maneuvers over a populated area at night.

Sky was partially covered by a low marine layer the object was operating below the level of this layer.
