Green light in night sky over halifax, nova scotia

Tonight I was on my deck looking up at the beautiful night sky at 9:30 and watched a brilliant green line shining in the sky. It’s appearance was sporadic it appeared and disappeared a few times. It came and went just as though someone turned off a light.

This lasted for about 5 minutes with and without clouds around it.
