2 round lights fade in and out at certain interval while moving away slowly.

Two orange round lights hanging on the sky above buildings. Fade in and out together in certain interval. Move around the same place, but getting farther till disappear behind a building. One time before disappear, one of that light move down, away from the other, but soon rejoin again with other light that seems maintain its position around the same height.
