Diamond shaped object seen over Miles Plattings Manchester at 20:15pm

Returning home from work with my friend when a bright light appeared in front of us in the sky. It looked like a ball of fire. We thought at first it was a firework until it came closer. It appeared to be a diamond shape, orange in colour with a circle of lights at the bottom. The object was moving slowly then after about 5 mins was gone. Other cars on oldham road in Miles Platting, Manchester also seen the object.
