I went out to take the garbage July 6 2009 Monday night out and saw a bright light that looked like a star that was sighting in the sky.The light was still non-blinking. Then the light started moving on a North east direction.It looked like it was going down for a swooping movement. This was lower then the clouds as I watched it pass under NOT THROUGH some clouds.I would say where it was between me and the moon it was close enough to hear if it was a plane or jet..because I have seen planes and jets at that distance and heard them also...This was not...no sound..no blinking and the light was yellow to bright white.It did not leave no trail..and there were not many clouds in the sky as it was pretty clear with a huge bright moon.I was thinking of calling the near town airport to see if they had anything land or noticed a blip on the radar...n but did not. I also have seen satellites go ever but this object was way to low for that type of sighting.This light was not moving like a meteor or a any of the space Debre either that would be entering the atmosphere and it was not burning up either.
