two objects flickering in the eastern and south eastern sky right now

2 stars or satellites are flickering in the eastern and south eastern skies from my vantage point right now. I am north of Houston and the objects have been in the same location for over 15 minutes. I see white, red and green flashes almost constantly. the one in the south east is much brighter than the one in the east. I have no idea what they are.
