Watching TV decided to go to bed Went to close door and saw the craft.

circular croft was hovering over the delaware river by my home. could not see craft only 20 rays shining into the water.

This is second time in the same spot.

Went to call neighbor, changed my mind went back to the door and it was gone.

No noise heard. Referring to rays i mean lights.

I am a white male, retired police officer.
