| diagonal line flashin bright white lights almost over center of Richmond A 45 degree angle diagonal line in this direction / bottom left to upper right. 4 or 5 BRIGHT flashing lights, almost strobing all were white lights. One always seemed brighter than the others. seemed to be about 3 or 4 miles away and unknown distance above the ground. |
