As I was driving east on US Route 30 between Massillon and Canton, right by the Ashland Oil refinery, I witnessed a green flash that lasted several seconds and then disappeared. On the right shoulder of the road was a police car with its lights flashing. It appeared to be very high up in the sky and seemed to be descending toward the ground.
