This object stayed stationary in the night sky and had red flashing lights
We looked out our window around 8:30pm on Jan. 2/07 and saw a stationary light in the South East part of the sky in Ottawa. Through the binoculars it appeared as a brilliant white ball of light with a blinking, flashing red light. This strange light stayed almost in the same spot for the last half hour and has moved only very slightly.
