Bright white comet like object traveling in a straight line in the northwest sky. I arrived at work late and my co-workers were outside looking at the sky. I looked up to see what they were looking at in the northeast section of the sky which was clear and observed a trail left like that of a plane or jet zig zagging towards the earth as though it was going to crash. The trail went behind a tall building in the distance. We all just watched when suddenly an object appeared from the northwest part of the sky which was a bit hazy. The object looked like a comet. It was round and bright white with a hazy white cloud wrapping around it and protruding from the back like a comet tail or meteor tail. It traveled in a straight line for about five seconds then just disappeared. My co-workers said that it was the same object they observed falling towards the earth and leaving the zig zagged trail.
