It was shaped like a cigar. It had flashing lights on it. One of the witnesses said that he saw that same thing before and he had gotten scared the first time he saw the UFO. From my angle it appeared to be floating west. It then few out of sight. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD))
