orb pulsating changing colors and stationary for extended hours and vanished later. Second night.

Looks like an orb ... NOT a star or planet. Pulsating, stationary, above Lamborn Mountain. 2 hours yestersday and there again tonight but not as clear today. Turns blue/green to yellow/white and flashes red. Gets brighter and softer. Can see the lights with binoculars ... not a star nor planet nor airplane. Another called me and I called others and NO ONE can explain it. Over the West Elk Mountains and still there now!
