extremely abnormal

bright flash of colors moving from south to north stopped on a dime and dropped out of the sky, local police helicopter in the sky at the time, we were in our car coming out of taco bell helicopter circled the area, air craft the size of a large suv, tne streets were san jose and valentine direction.
