A green fireball coming down at a rapid speed disappeared before it would have hit the ground.

I was in my backyard looking toward the west and saw a green fireball streak down from the sky at a rapid speed and then disappear before it would have hit the ground.

Possible Taurid meteor?? We suspect that the witness observed the event on November 14, and we have changed the date above. PD
