This is in reply to the report.
I looked at the pictures and I can clearly see that this is an aircraft moving away from the witness with what looks like its landing lights on. I can see the reflection of the belly of the craft in the lights and under careful study I can make out the tail of the plane. I would find out if there is any runways close by.
