I'm not totally sure of the date but it was the weekend of the air and water show in chicago. Myself, a friend and my children also witnessed the red lights in tinley park my child was actually upset and I told her it was the helicopters that the army uses practicing because I thought that's what it was. They were red lights standing still in the sky for the longest time there was no noise that I could hear and they left quickly. It was strange our first thought was that they were UFO's and my daughter was upset and I thought their had to be a reasonable explanation and I knew the air and water show was in chicago and thought for sure it had to be something on a training mission.
