We watch an object in a fixed point in the sky, appearing metalic. Crystal Clear Blue sky. The object appeared directly overhead at about the 2 O'Clock point in the sky and slightly north. It was first observed at around 9:00 am ((NUFORC Note: The witness does not indicate a date, but we assume he is alluding to the white object seen over the Twin Cities, MN, on Thursday, August 19, 2004.
