I was outside feeding goat's, when I looked up and saw a quite long thin white object passing slowly overhead,this object was at a height of about 14-15 thousand feet and heading in a northly direction. The object did not appear to be making any sound or noise(even though it was quite windy at the time of the sighting) at one point the sun caught the side of the object which made it shine but there where no lights on it. this object was not a bird,comet, balloon, helicopter, hot air balloon, flare, fire-work, or satelite.
