, B.C. (Burke Mountain) Date: Tuesday, March 16 @ 11:31:24 CST Topic: British Columbia Reports Received: March 16, 2004 Date: Jan. 05, 2004 Time: 4:03 p.m.

Light overcast, band of thick grey clouds approximately 1000 ft. thick extending from approximately 6,000 feet up, reaches from Seymour Mountain. across to Mt. Baker. in the east. Observed dark cloud shaped like an arm reaching down towards Burke Mountain. Just out of curiosity I took a look at it through my binoculars, saw what appeared to be a grey saucer shaped object just below the end of the arm, it was kind of hazy in that area and I thought at first it was just a funny shaped cloud. Kept watching and the arm shaped cloud was moving off to the south east quite rapidly but the saucer shaped object stayed stationary.

Object was definitely saucer shaped with a dome on top an another on the bottom. I had my camera sitting on my desk so I managed to take 3 shots through the binoculars, don't know if they will show up due to the low light conditions, 30 th. of a sec. 100 ASA film. When I looked through the binoculars again object had disappeared. Object was not visible to the naked eye, just through the glasses When I got the film developed the first two shots, which should have showed the saucer were completely wiped off the film (clear) and they were located right in the middle of the film, the 3rd. frame appears to show the edge of the saucer as it took off.

Thank you to the witness for the report.
