Shape: Light

Late one evening, on my way home from work, I ran into a few old friends. We started talking about the good old days and hours passed without us even noticing. It was a clear night filled with many stars covering the sky. There was a variety of stars that night; some were larger than others, some were brighter than others, and some twinkled while others didn't.

At around 6AM the sun began to rise and the stars that didn't have alot of light began to fade then disappear completely in the Sun's light. I watched as the light of the Sun rose and more and more stars vanished until there was only one star left. This was the brightest star that night and I thought it was the North Star. Several minutes passed and the Sun was now almost completed visible. What I thought was the North Star did something I can't explain. It moved from one side of the Horizon to the other side in a matter of seconds and then vanished out of view.
