Two stationary lights on the western horizon suddenly moved simultaneously upward then began to move southwesterly. Both were whitish lights that never "blinked", or flickered, seemed to be very far out in distance, and both moved simultaneously and at an angle to each other. After roughly 10 - 15 seconds one light disappeared, then a couple of seconds later the second light disappeared. ((NUFORC Note: ISS and Space Shuttle passed over this area of the U.
