saw hovering over a field, then slowly moved away as we approached. made almost no sound. U.S. Military probable.

possible Boeing 707 shape but it hovered and made almost NO sound at all, just a very low hum. 2 huge spot lights, posssibly military (in Andrews flight path). U.S. Military probable. just curious ;)
