Red Light traveling N/E along the Hardy Tollway. While the light was red, a blue light, then green was visible next to the red light

For approximately 1 to 2 minutes, a red light was traveling N/E along the Hardy tollway. In the distance, red warning lights are visible on radio towers. Because I could see the distant red warning lights, this red light caught my attention. I was surprised to see the blue light appear next to the red light, which was constant, and even more surprised to see the green light appear next to the red light.
