Summary : It was a fast flying object, which had about three extremely strong lights. It was flying very high, and I noticed no noise. It appeared to be on fire, for there was a flame coming out of the rear of the vehicle. I was waching TV and then suddenly every chanell became blurry. I turned off the TV and went to listen to the radio but that didn't work either. I looked outside and there it was.
