We were on the balcony facing north, when I noticed a bright white orb high in the sky. It moved smoothly at first which made me think it was an unusually high airplane, bit it was so bright and no red or green running lights. Then it started skipping add angles before strobing out in a clear sky. Def not a plane or satellite. Very cool!
