I was lying on the ground looking out the window at the sky and was listening to my iPod,

Suddenly, I started hearing static on it and a saucer I think about 20 feet in diameter flew over my home at about 30 ft from the roof. It had blue lighting surounding it and had a light blue tail following it.

It was dark and clearly a craft since it emitted light.

It flew very fast and had some sort of energy coming from it.
