I was walking and saw a white circle of light shoot across the sky in a south east direction. The sky was partially clear and it was about 3-4 times larger that the stars behind it.

The sky was partially clear and I could see the moon and stars. I saw a large white circular object shoot across the sky in a south east direction. It lasted for only a few seconds. I thought it might be an airplane but there were no other lights with it. It looked much larger than any meteor showers I've seen before. It was about 3-4 times larger than the stars in the background and much brighter.
