Yellow-orange-white-ish fireball without tail that appeared below clouds - sky is overcast.

While driving south on Route 99, an observer spotted what appeared to be a fireball in the sky near the Polk County Fairgrounds. It appeared for only a moment and seemed to be moving slightly from west to east.
