Bright lights approx. 1/2 mi. east of us - was still for 'bout a min. or so - no sound - and the slowly moving towards the south. I saw red lights but did not interfere w/all the bright lights. It happened so slowly yet so fast.

We saw only one object - I am a former flight attendant & pilot and my husband is a park ranger/police officier. We have never seen anything like this before We are located on the Sterling quadrangle PA . USGS topographic map.
