Mother & daughter witness strange shafts of green light that appear to move around clouds. Second sighting.
Woman and daughter witnessed strange green lights that seem to descend from the clouds. They were intermittent and alternating, and they sometimes go in circles. They saw it aproximately one month prior, as well.
