I showed my mom and her friend they said it was balloons over the base but the SILVER SPHERES were slowly going east against the wind.

I was outside on a clear day when I noticed two silver spheres floating in the sky. I asked my mom and her friend what they were , weather Balloons they said, but they were going AGAINST the wind I said! they ignored it all and I kept lookin. two giant spheres as witnessed when the jets(six) flew up . they looked matchbox car sized against a beachball for scale. I could see the jets shooting light bullets at one and instantly they were not there. something told me to look up and they now three SPHERES were WAY up there. the jets were flying alone. I had a number for the OD from a school visit when he gave several students his personal card with his personal number. He was not his cool suave self. HE almost screamed "there are no planes flying" when I asked what the planes were flying around?, I was looking out the window at the planes flying and I said so; then he screamed for real THERE ARE NO PLANES FLYING! and hung up. why would he lie and be so nervous sounding? as a kid in the fifth grade it was crazy. I have since seen one more sighting at night thirty years later it blocked out the stars made no noise and seemingly floated just above the trees until I could no longer see it. I live near an AFB this was NOT a plane or swamp gas or anything other than a UAP.
