This was a very long time ago but still fresh in my head. It was almost dusk me and my girl were laying back on windshield just sun was down, she said are you seeing this. It was a black triangle craft floating right over top of us, no more than 150 ft. This thing made no noise and it floated towards harbor tunnel then it was gone. I looked up my ex on Facebook and she remembers it same way, only reporting because Congress starting UAP hearings.
