Three lights moving quickly across the sky then it moved even quicker back to where I first saw it and disappeared

I saw 1 object moving north to south it was faster than a plane. I heard no noise it was within range of me to hear it if it was a plane or helicopter. It was just before 6am so it was very quiet out. The object was triangle shaped and had 3 wide white lights. The lights were bright but did not hurt my eyes or trigger my astigmatism which I found odd. I watched it for about 15-30 seconds. It then very quickly almost instantly moved back to where I first saw it in the sky then disappeared
