White orb exhibiting extreme speed and acceleration

I let my dog out 5 minutes or so before sighting. When I went to whistle from her from my front door which faces east a white orb zoomed at ridiculous speed into my view of the northeast sky. It turned around almost exactly 180° and went back a bit, turned around again 180° almost to the location it had reached initially before turning back around and zooming out of my field of view to the location it came from. I immediately called a friend and told them what I had just seen. I did step out a bit into the yard but wasn't dressed for the cold at the time, so I didn't see it again. Whiteman Air Force base is in the direction it came from.
