Circular UFO with orange color and Lights seen high in the sky

My wife and I were driving I-90 East and coming around a bend in the highway we both saw a circular structure high in sky that looked lit by orange lights. Appeared stationary. It was dark out and sky was cloudy. When I first saw it I was thinking it looked like a structure or building on a tall mountain and then it dawned that the Berkshires were not that tall. What made me think mountain was that the structure appeared to be standing still. No flashing lights or blinking - just a hazy orange. my wife and I looked at each other and said “Are you seeing that?” We kept driving as there were other cars on the road (not many) and there wasn’t a really good spot to pull off (did not want to cause an accident). Once we realized what we were seeing was not explainable I told my wife to grab her phone and take a picture or video. Eventually she had the phone but by that time we had passed too far and it vanished in the clouds or had disappeared. We talked about taking an exit and going back in the opposite direction but by the time we got to a them NY exit we thought it would be difficult to find the exact spot we were at. We spent the rest of the trip home discussing what we saw and what we thought it was. My wife googled to see if anyone else had posted something on line or maybe a news story that others saw it or posted a picture.
