I lived here 65 years and familiar with cape launches father worked for martin Marietta also a pilot. Sighting not a launch or planes. Drone? Slow bc it started and stopped moved horizontal and vertical bright orb could see but light caused it to appear round. Moon clear night weather perfect for launch which they did at one this was seen at ten. Got footage. Off distance a plane traveling south. It stopped waiting for it to pass then proceeded.
