Bright blue-white orb zipped low and silent NW–SE, far faster than jets or aircraft; not a meteor or reflection.

Foggy Land, Clear Sky.

It's a clear night sky with the moon shining bright. Stars visible. I know what shooting stars look like (I see them almost every night on clear nights, especially summer nights) but this was way too low to be a shooting star, and moving way too fast to be a plane or helicopter. I was walking to my car, and I noticed a very bright light-blue/white light in the corner of my eye. I looked up just in time to see it zip away until I couldn't see it anymore. It wasn't light reflection from passing cars, because the road I was near runs directly east to west, and the orb was traveling northwest to southeast. Completely silent. I've seen the Blue Angels at airshows growing up, and I understand they're moving somewhere around 150mph when doing low passes over crowds, and this orb made those F-18's look like turtles. It was probably flying even lower than when those F-18's do crowd flyovers. Very bright, and very very very quick.
