Grey tall foggy creature

I don’t know if I should report that here but I needed to say it to someone, at around 3 o’clock at night I woke up suddenly and seen a grey tall creature standing right in front of my bed, it was looking at me and my eyes started to close forcefully without any kind of physical touch, the day we woke up me and my wife she suddenly discovered two dots in her right chest, like a snake bite even though there is no snakes or spiders during winter in Newfoundland, Canada.
