Took place as described between 1993-1995, not sure the exact date. i saw 3-5 lights above flying under 10000ft and darting from spot

3-5 lights flying overhead while driving I-10 around 9-10pm. the lights appeared to dart from spot to spot in an unexplainable way. They appeared as roundish white lights that resembled spotlights flying relativlely low. no noise heard.
