Object is just sitting above Las Vegas, not moving, arrow shaped.
Just hovering above the sky, hard to miss. Looks like an arrow shape.....long, thin with red on the right point/tip from my viewpoint. Very well lit up, not moving at all, just staying there in the sky. Still there and has been for about 15 minutes since I've been aware of it.
