Erratic moving small orb of light that disappeared after remaining still
My mother and I were standing on our back porch, looking up at the stars in the night sky. We noticed an airplane passing by and then off to the distance also noticed another moving light. We both looked to see if we could discern this from the plane as another type of aircraft, Satellite, or other possible explanation, such as a drone. The craft showed no blinking lights and did not appear to flash in a manner that was consistent with safety lights on known aerial technology. It was about the same height as this plane, but it moved much faster and much farther and in directions that at least no plane could have moved in. My first thought is that it is some sort of drone, but in the video I took on my cell phone. It looks to be twisting and turning in the air, but that could just be the refraction of light being recorded, this object then remained at a stationary position where I was filming it, and subsequently the light faded out and disappeared. We tried to locate where it was for several minutes after, and it appeared that it had dimmed itself to a degree that my phone could not capture and then moved away completely in an instant.
