We saw a silver cigar shaped craft, it then turned into a passenger jet, which then stood still in mid air.

I was driving east on I-70 leaving Columbus Ohio, my wife was in the passenger seat, and my three children where in the back seat. I was wearing my sunglasses, my wife was not. In the sky I noticed a silver object brightly reflecting the sun. I initially thought it was a plane that was reflecting the sun and I jokingly said, “there’s a UFO” it then “banked” and I saw the shape of a plane form. When we first saw it, it was silver, cigar shaped, and the reflection with my sunglasses on was bright, my wife had to avert her eyes. After the object turned into a plane, we assumed it was just reflecting the sun. A few seconds later we saw the plane flying towards us, except it wasn’t moving. We drove past it and studied it for about 5 seconds before we drove out of view. The plane was at a low enough altitude to make a landing, we saw no identifying marks, no landing gear, just a plane in mid air not moving. We’ve been discussing it since then, and haven’t came to any logical explanations other than we saw a UFO change it shape into a passenger jet that stopped in mid air.
