Light flashed exactly every 10 seconds in sky
Blinking light was seen. It blinked exactly every 10 seconds. The light stayed in the exact same spot for approximately 45 minutes. The light was sometimes a faint blue and sometimes a very bright orange/red. Looked like an airplane light but one light pulse every 10 seconds and it never moved. Flightrader showed no planes in that area. The light stopped blinking at approximately 10:20pm. Never moved
