Black triangle shaped craft at about 30,000 ft with white lights around the edges. Hovered for awhile then shot straight up

Craft hovered for about 5-10 minutes then shot straight up out of sight. It appeared to be about 30k feet up. There was no sound it was a large black craft with white lights around the edges.
